ADR Terminology: A Discussion Paper
NADRAC developed this discussion paper in June 2002 to:
- stimulate discussion on terminology in ADR
- seek information about how terms are being used in ADR, and
- invite interested individuals to suggest future directions for ADR terminology
Please note that the Glossary of ADR terms located in this discussion paper (from page 29) is outdated and a more recent Glossary of ADR terms can be found on the 'What is ADR?' webpage.
