Submission to the Parliament of Victoria Law Reform Committee's ADR Inquiry (May 2008)

NADRAC was asked by the Victorian Law Reform Committee to provide further input relating to their ADR inquiry. The submission provided to the Committee on 21 May 2008 addressed the following issues:

• National Mediator Accreditation System and National Mediator Accreditation Committee
• consumer experiences with ADR
• collaborative promotional campaigns
• ADR and marginalised communities
• suitability of ADR in different types of disputes
• online dispute resolution, and
