Under its Charter NADRAC may make recommendations to the Attorney-General on any matter relevant to its Charter. This may be done on its own motion or pursuant to a reference given to the Council by the Attorney-General.
NADRAC may also provide comments on matters relevant to its Charter to other organisations as its resources permit. A copy is required to be provided to the Attorney-General.
In promoting the use and raising the profile of ADR NADRAC may also undertake other functions including participating in forums, conferences and meetings of professional organisations facilitating ADR research and pursuing other opportunities to propose improvements to ADR processes.
