    Complaints and Ombudsman schemes

    Complaints and Ombudsman schemes can investigate and resolve a variety of complaints, including complaints brought by consumers against banks, insurers, telecommunication providers or government agencies.  The services offered by these schemes are usually free to consumers and provide an alternative to going to court.  Depending upon a dispute’s nature, the schemes may use a variety of processes to resolve it.
