    About the ADR service sector

There are many diverse ADR providers. They range from government provided and publicly funded dispute resolution organisations to private professional organisations and also Complaints and Ombudsman Schemes (usually referred to as External Dispute Resolution or EDR schemes).

The information on this page is designed to assist you to find ADR providers. However, please note that it is not NADRAC's role to provide mediation services or training programs to members of the public nor is it NADRAC's role to recommend particular ADR providers.

    Finding accredited mediators

To find a mediator who is accredited under the National Mediator Accreditation System contact a Recognised Mediator Accreditation Body (RMAB). A list of RMABs is available on the Mediator Standards Board website.
