The National Alternative Dispute Resolution Advisory Council provides independent high level policy advice to the Attorney-General about alternative dispute resolution (ADR).

The council is unable to provide legal advice or information about ADR services or dispute resolution training programs to members of the public.

While NADRAC encourages students to access materials on this site for research purposes, NADRAC is not resourced to assist individuals with their research.

The Attorney-General's Department provides administrative and research support to NADRAC, and advice on ADR issues and policy to Australian Government agencies.
